The case of two men allegedly involved in the case of Warrick "DJ Warras" Stock, has been postponed to May 27 in the Warrick "DJ Warras" Stock.
Taxi boss Victor Majola, 44, and Mozambican national Armindo Pacula, 25 - who were arrested separately in December 2025 and January 2026, respectively - appeared in court on Wednesday, April 1.

During a court appearance in February, Pacula told the judge he fears for his life and indicated his intention to plead guilty to charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and contravening the Immigration Act.
Majola, arrested first, is accused of orchestrating the killing, while police allege that Pacula fired the fatal shots that ended the life of the popular radio and television host.
Murder accused Victor Mthethowakhe Majola during a court appearance at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court. He faces charges of murder, premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

DJ Warras was shot on December 16, 2025, in Johannesburg’s Central Business District. At the time, he was overseeing a security system upgrade at the Zambezi Flats, an area recently linked to a spate of hijackings.
