Halle Berry's Instagram roast: ex-husband's 'not motherly' comment gets the perfect comeback
Actress, Halle Berry clapped back at her ex, David Justice's comments claiming that she is not motherly.

American actress Halle Berry recently trolled her ex-husband, David Justice, after he made remarks that the actress is not motherly because she did not cook or clean during their marriage.
Justice, who was married to Berry from 1993 until 1997, appeared on the “All The Smoke” podcast and reflected on his marriage with the multi-award-winning actress.
Justice shared: “My knowledge and my understanding, my wisdom around relationships just wasn't vast.”
He also shared that since he did not have much knowledge regarding relationships, his mom became an inspiration for how a woman should be in relationships.
“So, I'm looking at my mom - and I'm a Midwest guy. So, in my mind, I'm thinking a wife at that time should cook, clean, be traditional, you know?” Justice said.
The 59-year-old further added that Berry was different as she did not do the things he saw his mom do, and she also was not as traditional as he thought a wife should be.
“Then I'm thinking, 'Okay, if we have kids, is this the woman I want to have kids with and build a family with?' At that time, as a young guy, she don't cook, don't clean, don't really seem like motherly, and then we start having issues,” he revealed.
Berry fired back at Justice's comments about her being a non-traditional wife as she took to Instagram to share a carousel of images on a tropical vacation with her partner, Van Hunt.
“Phew…! Cooking, cleaning and mothering,” the “Perfect Stranger” actress captioned her post.
The actress is also celebrating her birthday as she turned 59 on August 14. She shared a picture of herself enjoying herself with her loved ones as she celebrated her birthday.
Fans and industry colleagues of Berry flooded the comments section as they wished her a happy birthday.
